Jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq.) is one of promising tree species due to its rapid growth, its adaptability to various site conditions, and its relatively easy silviculture treatment. Jabon is expected to be importanttree species for the timber industry in the future, especially when wood product from natural forests and perhutani are decreasing. It is necessary to analyze the business of Jabonplantation in community forest and identify funding opportunity to develop community forest business. The purposes of this research were to know the feasibility of forest management plan of jabonplantation using bank loan capitalandcombination(Badan Layanan Umum Pusat Pembiayaan Pembangunan Hutan and bank loan capital) and to analyzethe advantages and disadvantages of funding through Badan Layanan Umum Pusat Pembiayaan Pembangunan Hutan to develop community forest. The feasibility of community forest business of Jabonplantation is financially advantageous.
