The continuous application of chemical (inorganic) fertilizer will disrupt the function of the soil in absorbing nutrient content so that the application of organic fertilizer in the form of Local Micro Organism (LMO) and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) is highly recommended, especially for vegetable plants in their vegetative growth. This research aims to determine the response of growth and production of Pakcoy mustard greens to the application of LMO and LOF on Gliricidia sepium leaves and bamboo shoots. The research was carried out at the Piyungan Experimental Garden, Bantul of Yogyakarta AIAT, Agency for Agricultural Research and Development from May to July 2022. The experimental design used was Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications. Treatment applied P0: water control ; P1: LMO concentration 4%; P2: LMO concentration 8%; P3: LMO concentration 12%; P4: LMO concentration 16 % ; P5: LOF concentration 4%, P6: LOF concentration 8%; P7: LOF concentration 12%; P4: LOF concentration 16 % . Local Mirco Organism and Liquid Organic Fertilizer were applied 3 times, namely 7, 14 and 21 days after planting the seeds. The LMO and LOF solutions are made by fermenting Gliricidia sepium leaves and bamboo shoots and adding ingredients related to making these two solutions and letting them to be ripped for 3 weeks and placing them in a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight. The results of the study showed that there was a positive response to the application of LOF extract from Gliricidia sepium leaves and bamboo shoots on pakcoy mustard greens plants as evidenced by an increase in the number of leaves and plant height as well as the production of Pakcoy mustard greens along with the increase in the LOF concentration given. Meanwhile, the application of LMO gave a negative response, especially at the age of 7 and 14 DAP, because the decomposition process of organic material was slow, which caused the pakcoy plants not be able to utilize the nutrients resulting from the decomposition optimally.
